Shipping & Delivery

• Depending on where you want your products delivered, ShopMeher’s shipping and handling fees for online purchases vary.
• Customers in India are eligible for free shipping - for prepaid orders.
• Handling or convenience fees may also be assessed
• Customizations for outfits will only be undertaken for prepaid orders.
• COD will be only taken under the pretext of 20% advance to be paid at the time of order confirmation. Once paid, only then the order will be considered as confirmed. Our team will reach out to you for the details, once we recieve an order. As all our products are handcrafted, the production starts only when the advance is recieved, in the cases of COD orders.
• Delivery timelines will be based on product availablity - and the delivery location.
• Taxes and GST are included in the mentioned MRPs - on the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, shipping charges will be additional. These charges depend on several factors including the weight and volume of the product, as well as the destination country. Due to these variables, we have fixed shipping slabs for international deliveries. If the number of items increase or if you have a doubt, we request you to make an inquiry, and we will help you with the costs as well. This ensures that you get the most accurate and fair shipping price based on your specific order details and location. In special cases, things at actuals will be considered as shipping and timeline is based on our selected logistics companies and is a third-party service.


TAXES & DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The product prices displayed are at the maximum retail price. For international deliveries, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the prices shown do not include any import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes.

As the recipient, you are responsible for covering all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price and will need to be paid at the time of delivery. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

TIMELINES

● The order itself determines an order's delivery time. The procedure for tailored-to-measure takes 15 to 25 days

● Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 24-48 working hours after placing the order successfully

● Within 48 hours of the items being sent, we will provide you with an update on the tracking information. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries will occur between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm

DELIVERY

● Items will be delivered to the address you gave the website when you registered. Before you confirm the order, kindly double-check the shipping address to prevent improper delivery

● In the case of service outages or failures brought on by circumstances beyond ShopMeher’s control, delivery dates are not guaranteed. These hiccups can be caused by the transportation system, problems with customs clearance, problems with the shipping company, or bank delays involving the purchaser's payment method
