Cancellation & Refund

OVERVIEW

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only in the scenario of damage in the order received during the shipment or in case a customer receives a product that they did not order.

In both cases, however, the customer will be entitled to return the order exactly in the condition they had received it (unworn, with original packaging).

In case of returns complying with the above, the customer will be given an equal amount of store credits to purchase the same on the website, they could use the store credits for the purchases on the website only.

During the quality check of the product by our QC (Quality Check) team, any product that shows signs of wear and tear, or has been resized, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted under 14 days refund policy, and for that our buyback policy is applicable.

● DAMAGED PEICES -

Every item that leaves our shop is thoroughly inspected. Within three days of delivery, you must notify us if you believe your goods are damaged. Products that are damaged will be eligible for a full account credit. Items cannot be returned due to handwork, colour, or design

● WRONG ITEMS - If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging. We would require the unpacking video in order to validate the claim

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Process for Returning the Order


The customer will have to inform us within 72 hours of receiving the order, by emailing us at returns@shopmeher.com, for any
Damaged Product(s), or
Missing Product(s), or
Additional Product(s) delivered

The mail should include the following

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product, showcasing the damage
- ⁠Order Number
- ⁠Video(s) relating to the opening of a package

Post the email, our QC team will confirm if the order is damaged or not.

On the confirmation of the product being damaged, the courier will be arranged from the customer’s address, for return or exchange, as per the customer’s request.

● The returned item goes through a quality inspection after it is received by us. Once authorised by our QC staff, the new product will be dispatched to you within 10 days of that date

● All things that are being exchanged or returned must be in their original condition. If an order is cancelled.

● The item being returned must include all of the labels, tags, and other packings that came with it when it was sent to you. If the packaging is missing, ShopMeher has the right to deny a return or exchange

● All returns are credit-based only. A credit note will be sent to the billing address you provided

● This amount does not include shipping and handling charges. Exchanges can only be made in the form of redemption by credit note

● If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to meet your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify your purchase

REFUNDS

● If you wish to return or exchange your order for any of the above reasons and our QC team approves it, you'll receive a credit note which will remain valid for the next 365 days from the date it has been issued

CANCELLATIONS

● There will be no cash or online payment refund for the cancellation of the order

● You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. The validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note
